Indianapolis Meeting

This past weekend the NCPC held a meeting in downtown Indianapolis. The committee met and discussed many things, including the budget for the convention, logistics of room assignment, and a review of the convention's public relations. In addition to this, brainstorming sessions were held for both convention programming, and social events.

Many photos were taken of the meeting, here are just a few.

In this photo Thom Bomba, Programming Chair, leads a discussion about seminars at National Convention.

We didn't just brainstorm and have discussions at this meeting, we also braved the Indiana cold to do an amazing team building exercise.

When the day was over we all gathered and went to the Spaghetti factory for some good food and fellowship.

I hope you enjoyed reading this entry, it is the first in a series of inside glimpses into the planning process of National Convention.

In closing I would like to extend a special thanks to the IUPUI chapter, as well as David Sides for coordinating the logistics of the Indy meeting. We couldn't have been so productive without their support.
